Personal Portfolio

In this section, I’ll provide a closer look at my investment choices, the reasoning behind them, and track the progress over time. As you begin to invest more, it’s crucial to maintain discipline. The markets are always fluctuating, so it's important to remove emotions from the equation. By focusing on the long-term goals and staying consistent, you can navigate the ups and downs more effectively.

As you can see, my portfolio is not doing well - don't think a lot of peoples is at the moment. The stock market is currently down, and a lot of people are panic selling which is NOT what you want to do. I plan to keep investing for many years to come and unfortunately, this is part of the game. One of my biggest losses at the moment is HIMS (pictured on the right). They announced that there was no longer a shortage on one of the drugs HIMS had been offering a substitute for, so the stock took a massive hit. I will probably focus on investing a little more into APPL rather than this stock until the market starts to correct but I will still be investing some into it.

As you can see, my portfolio has taken a sizeable hit. There are days where stocks go up and there are days where they go down just as much so I am not too worried about anything.

HIMS took a major hit dropping over 25% today.

What happened was, there was a shortage of Novo Nordisk's Ozempic and Wegovy but that has been resolved. HIMS was successful because they had their own version of Wegovy but if there is no shortage, there is no major need to use Hims and Hers' version.

They have surged a lot within recent weeks, but this was a major crash for them. They are set to report their earnings for Q4 on Monday.

I plan on holding this stock for a decent amount of time so although I am down quite a bit, I am not too worried about it.

I invested another $2,500 into this stock. My average purchase price is around $58.
